Will Hosegood BSc (Hons) MRICS FAAV

Partner and Rural Surveyor

Will graduated from the Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester, with a degree in Rural Land Management in 2007. He began his career with a firm of land agents and auctioneers in Somerset before moving to Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, in 2009. Will qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2010, became a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers in 2012, and is a RICS Registered Valuer. He is also a past President of the Suffolk Association of Agricultural Valuers.

In 2020, Will completed the Worshipful Company of Farmers’ Challenge of Rural Leadership (CRL) course, and in 2024 he participated in the government-backed Help to Grow programme, further strengthening his leadership and business management expertise.

With over 15 years of experience advising farmers and landowners in Suffolk, Will provides expert guidance across a wide range of rural property and business matters. His work covers agency (buying, selling, and letting), infrastructure projects, valuation, landlord and tenant issues, development—including residential and renewable projects—and he is also an experienced AMC Agent and Valuer.

Outside of work, Will enjoys spending time in the countryside with his young family. He also pursues shooting, running, and golf, and is occasionally known to scale a mountain.
