Tom has a degree in Business Management from the University of Worcester and a diploma in European Business from the University of Halmstad in Sweden.

He began in estate agency in 1999 and has experience at manager and director level in southwest London, Surrey and East Anglia.

He lives on the Essex/Suffolk border with his family and outside of work he enjoys golf and open-water swimming.
