Tom Bloomfield BA (hons) MRICS

Tom holds a degree in Business Management and Information Technology from the University of Worcester, as well as a diploma in European Business from the University of Halmstad, Sweden. He became a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 2026. 

After a brief period in Public Relations, he began his career in estate agency in 1999 in Battersea, later managing offices in Kensington, Chelsea, and Fulham. Returning to his childhood home, Tom co-launched his first estate agency in 2006 on the Essex/Suffolk border, before founding his own firm, Bloomfield Grey Ltd, ten years later.

Following the merger of Bloomfield Grey with Brooks Leney in 2023, Tom now leads BL’s residential activities and works alongside the rural team advising clients on development opportunities. 

Tom lives in Manningtree with his family and outside of work, he enjoys golf, open-water swimming, and walking his whippet.
