Placement Rural Surveyor – Ipswich Office (Hintlesham)

Our principal activities within the Land Agency Department include valuations, tenancy advice, farm and land sales, development options and promotion agreements, succession and tax planning, compulsory purchase and compensation advice and infrastructure and renewables projects as well as being one the leading AMC agents in East Anglia. In addition we have a team of Rural Business Advisors and an Estate Agency department. As a Placement Rural Surveyor in our busy Land Agency team, you will be involved in all of the above aspects of modern-day land management.
You will be provided with full support for your CAAV and RICS APC training during your placement year with us. The breadth of experience you gain will ensure you are well placed to progress to your final year of study and then onto employment.
