Partner and Rural Surveyor
Gwyn graduated from Harper Adams University, Shropshire, with a degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management in 2013. After graduating, he moved from Sussex to Suffolk to work for a firm of land agents and auctioneers before joining a national firm.
With eight years of experience advising farmers and landowners across Essex and Suffolk, Gwyn provides expert guidance on a wide range of rural property and business matters. His expertise includes land agency (buying, selling, and letting), Basic Payment Scheme applications, valuations, compulsory purchase matters, and landlord and tenant issues.
Gwyn qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2014 and became a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers in 2016. He also serves on the committee for the Deben Farm Club.
Outside of work, Gwyn enjoys exploring the countryside with his young family and is passionate about shooting, running, cycling, and golf.
