Fergus Atkins BSc

Fergus joined Brooks Leney in February 2025 after graduating from Harper Adams University with a degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management. During his placement year, he gained hands-on experience as a trainee land agent on a large private estate in Warwickshire.

Raised in east Suffolk, Fergus has spent several summers working on farms and for a local produce company, collaborating closely with farmers across Suffolk and Essex. With a longstanding passion for farming and the countryside, he is also a regular steward at the Suffolk Show.

Fergus is continuing to build his expertise in the industry as he works towards his RICS and CAAV qualifications.

Outside of work, he plays cricket in the East Anglian Premier League, is a keen game shot, and enjoys training and working his Labradors.
