Daniel Squirrell BSc (Hons) FAAV MRICS


Rural Surveyor 

Dan first joined Brooks Leney during his placement year in 2021–2022 and returned to the firm in March 2024 after graduating from Harper Adams University with a degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management. He became a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers in December 2024 and a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 2026.

Growing up on his family’s mixed farm in Hitcham and Wattisham, Dan developed a strong practical understanding of the farming world. The farm’s diverse enterprises—including arable cropping, laying hens and holiday cottages—have given him a well-rounded knowledge of agricultural operations.

Outside of work, Dan is an active member of Hadleigh Young Farmers and enjoys shooting, rugby and football.
