Charlie graduated from the University of Lincoln in 2022 with a BSc (Hons) in Zoology and an MSc in Agri-Food Technology.
 
Charlie then went on to work as a Crop Applications Advisor for SOYL Precision Farming Under the Frontier Agriculture Group. During his time at SOYL, he produced fertilizer recommendations and nutrient plans for farms all over the United Kingdom. He also gained his FACTS Qualification in March 2024.

He will now be assisting Beth Duchesne in providing a range of advice, from farm management to organizing environmental schemes.

Outside of work, Charlie enjoys playing team sports such as hockey and cricket. He is also a keen skier.
