Charlie Pope BSc (hons)
Assistant Rural Business Adviser
Charlie graduated from the University of Lincoln in 2022 with a BSc (Hons) in Zoology followed by an MSc in Agri-Food Technology.
He began his career as a Crop Applications Advisor for SOYL Precision Farming within the Frontier Agriculture Group. During his time at SOYL, Charlie produced fertiliser recommendations and nutrient management plans for farms across the UK, and he gained his FACTS qualification in March 2024.
Charlie now works alongside Beth Duchesne, supporting a broad range of services including farm management advice and the organisation of environmental schemes.
Outside of work, Charlie enjoys playing team sports such as hockey and cricket and is also a keen skier.
