Invest in Rightmove Upgrades

Rightmove offers agents a number of optional upgrades designed to give individual properties extra exposure over and above normally advertised houses.

Premium Listing



A premium listing upgrade can be applied by to an individual property’s listing and has three benefits:

• The number of photos of a property that appear when it returns in a buyer’s search results increases from two to four.
• It increases the number of characters available in the summary description from approximately 170 to 267.
• It allows the agent to select a caption (known as a sticker) from a list of ninety alternatives. Examples include “Annex”, “Recently Renovated” or “Close to Shops”.

All the above present extra opportunities to attract attention and to encourage buyers to click through to read the full sales details. As such properties that have a premium listing which has been used properly carry a small advantage over the other houses they compete with.


Featured Property



A featured property upgrade will increase a property’s exposure by allowing it to appear in position one of a buyer’s search results for a given geographical area, irrespective of its asking price.

They are a useful tool for properties that are in need of improvement or development, where their asking prices do not reflect the budget a buyer would have to have to finish the project.
