Our principal activities within the Land Agency Department includes valuations, tenancy advice, farm and land sales, development options and promotion agreements, succession and tax planning, compulsory purchase and compensation advice and infrastructure and renewables projects as well as being one the leading AMC agents in East Anglia. In addition we have a team of Rural Business Advisors and an Estate Agency department.
The opportunity has arisen for a motivated and qualified Land Agent and Rural Surveyor with a proven track record to join the Ipswich Team to work with Partners and staff in our busy Land Agency team. You will be RICS and CAAV Qualified as you will be advising clients in all aspects of modern-day land management, including valuations, compensation claims, sales and purchases, succession and tax advice, AMC loan applications, telecom masts, planning and development, contract farming agreements and tenancies.
Work will take you throughout Suffolk, Essex and South Norfolk, as well as further afield on occasions working independently and as part of the team.
